Salt Water Morning Flush Recipe

This quick and easy, cleansing recipe is a great addition to your morning if you struggle with digestion, energy, or reflux.

Consumed first thing, it acts as an alkalizer, cleanser, re-mineralizer and all-round super-support to your digestive system.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of Himalayan or Celtic sea salt
  • 1 liter of hot filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • Glass jar with a lid or bottle with lid

Instructions

  1. Bring your water to a heat on the stove, but not boiling – hot enough to dissolve the salt
  2. Put the water, lemon and salt into your jar and give it a good shake to get that salt dissolved.
  3. Drink the mixture quickly, like you would a tea, within a 2-3 minutes
  4. Relax.  Some find it comfortable, if you have quite bad digestive issues or constipation to lay down on your side

Notes

Important: within a short time after finishing the drive you might feel the need to go to the bathroom – so consume this at HOME.  Don’t have it out and about and on the go.  It does have a flushing mechanism, and it does work!
