1/4 cup blueberries
1 ripe avocado
1 cup of spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 small cucumber
A pinch of ground turmeric and ginger
1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk (unsweetened)
A small handful of fresh cilantro or parsley
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth, adding more almond or coconut milk if necessary to reach the desired consistency.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
