2 cups spinach leaves
1 cup kale leaves
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
A handful of ice cubes
Optional: a small handful of blueberries
Optional: a teaspoon of green powder
Start by washing the spinach and kale leaves thoroughly.
In a blender, add the spinach, kale, and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
Add the avocado, lemon juice, almond butter, flaxseeds, and powder to the blender.
Add ice cubes to make it chilled.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If using blueberries, add them last and blend briefly.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
