Alkaline Sleep Elixir

Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened almond milk (warmed)
2 tsp magnesium glycinate powder (or citrate)
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
1 tsp coconut oil (or MCT oil if tolerated at night)
1 tsp rice malt syrup (optional)
A few drops pure vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Gently warm the almond milk — don’t boil.

  2. Whisk in the turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the magnesium powder and coconut oil.

  4. Sweeten with rice malt syrup if desired.

  5. Pour into two mugs and sip slowly — ideally 30–60 minutes before bed.
