  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, starting with the almond milk to create a smooth base. Add the avocado, frozen berries, chia seeds, turmeric powder, spinach, and fresh ginger. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a little more almond milk or a few ice cubes. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
