    Hi Ross

Thanks for this great video, but I can only see up to the 18 min mark then it stops and after I came back to it it was at the end. I’ve tried 3 times and it jumps straight to the end from 18 mins.Anyone else have issues with it?
    Thanks

      Hi Margaret

I have checked video again and it appears to be working fine

Not sure why it is stopping at 18 mins for you

Hi Ross, I drink wheatgrass, eat fruit &veg , but I’m still steeped in my old habits of my sweet tooth. I still like biscuits, cake, puddings, chocolate etc. I’m an entertainer constantly travelling, but I’m trying to alkalise, but it’s difficult some days more than others. My question is, are there any sweet tasting Alkaline foods? I do eat nuts, but what can you suggest to substitute my sweet cravings.

    Kind regards

    Jimmy.

      Hey Jimmy

I hear ya. The most important thing to do, especially if you travel a lot, is to make sure you get the CORE alkaline stuff done each day:

      1) hydration
      2) oils
      3) greens
      4) exercise/movement

If you’re hitting these everyday you’re setting yourself up to win.

Now for something ‘sweet’ my favourite has to be coconut yoghurt (with seeds, it’s really damn good), or coconut “ice-cream” – both non-dairy, alkaline desserts that taste amazing.
