I am a body builder and eat Whey protein, fish and chicken and eat 50% raw veggies. I have started doing the PH miracle and cut out all meat but still take Whey. I am starved all day and I eat more veggies but I am always super hungry. What kinds of snacks can i make to take to work to make me less hungry. I am switching to Garden Burgers for chicken and fish. If I stop Whey Protein will I get enough aminos so I do not loose muscle mass. What veggies can eta during the day to get all aminos to keep muscles strong? Thank you. Scott
