Alkaline Recipe #72: Mixed Sprouts Salad

Mixed Sprouts SaladThis is a really healthy and alkaline salad using a variety of sprouts.

Sprouts are super healthy and are highly alkalising foods. They are extremely rich in digestible energy, bioavailable vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins, beneficial enzymes and phytochemicals.

I absolutely love eating sprouts as they are so versatile and I try to integrate them into lots of different dishes like stir fries, salads, wraps, etc.

This is a great salad, as it is easy and quick to make and very tasty!
