Hormone Harmony Weight-Loss Soup

Hey there, lovely people! šŸŒæ

Today, Iā€™m excited to share a recipe that might just become your new best friend on your weight-loss journey.

Itā€™s a hearty, delicious, and soul-warming soup I like to call the “Hormone Harmony Weight-Loss Soup.”

This isnā€™t just any soupā€”itā€™s designed specifically to support your bodyā€™s natural weight-loss hormones like leptin, ghrelin, and adiponectin. Plus, itā€™s packed with nutrients to help boost your metabolism and keep you feeling satisfied.

Why Hormones Matter in Weight Loss

If youā€™ve ever felt like your body just doesnā€™t respond to dieting the way it used to, or if stubborn weight seems to stick no matter what you doā€”hormones could be the key. Hormones like leptin, which helps regulate hunger, and adiponectin, which helps your body burn fat more efficiently, play a crucial role in weight management.

It’s not about calories…

Your body will gain fat, and hold on to fat (for dear life) because you are out of balance.Ā  That could be with your hormones, your digestion, because of inflammation and acidity…the reason why for you is a combination that is unique to you…but this isn’t about trying to starve it off by counting calories.

And forĀ most people I have worked with in my intensive 8-Week Alkaline Weight Loss coaching, hormones are a consistent that plays a big part in gaining and holding on to excess fat tissue.

This soup is a HUGE help…

This soup is all about working with your body to balance these hormones naturally. Itā€™s about creating that synergy where your body feels nourished, supported, and ready to release weight rather than holding onto it. And the best part? Itā€™s alkaline, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant-rich, and made with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen!

What Makes This Soup So Special?

I’ve carefully selected each ingredient for its specific role in supporting your bodyā€™s natural weight-loss mechanisms. Hereā€™s a quick breakdown of some star players:

  • Lentils: These are your powerhouse protein source, helping to keep you full and stabilize blood sugar levels.
  • Kale: Loaded with fiber to keep hunger hormones like ghrelin in check while delivering a hefty dose of antioxidants.
  • Broccoli: High in sulforaphane, which supports metabolism and insulin sensitivity.
  • Turmeric and Ginger: These anti-inflammatory wonders help to reduce stress in the body, which can directly impact weight storage and fat usage.
  • Ground Flaxseed: Provides a gentle dose of healthy fats that support leptin sensitivity and help control cravings.

This combination of ingredients doesnā€™t just taste goodā€”itā€™s specifically designed to help your body find its natural balance, making weight loss feel effortless and sustainable.

    Ross
Has anyone else commented that extra servings of leafy greens has a laxative effect?

    • Terri Reply

Deborah, personally, for me that is how my body reacts to flaxseed. So I avoid it in any recipes I make. You may want to try flaxseed in a smaller portion alone to see if thatā€™s the ingredient causing the effect. Just a suggestion from my experience.
