I have used these simple ingredients for many years as my ‘staples’.

This means I know that I can go to the grocery store or markets on autopilot and if I am short of ideas I know I can always just buy these simple foods and I will be fine.

Also, because I always make sure I always have these foods in my fridge, I know that even when I have:

– no time
– no inspiration
– no ideas
– and I’m hungry…

  4. Capsicum/Bell Pepper
  5. Avocado
  6. Spring Onion (Scallions)
  7. Broccoli
