Basic Greens & Grapefruit Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

2 grapefruits, peeled and deseeded
1 avocado
2 cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green)
4 ounces of water
1 pinch of stevia

Instructions

Put everything in blender and then serve.

Enjoy!
