Morning-After Reboot Breakfast Bowl (Your Perfect Post-Thanksgiving Reset)

The holiday season brings connection, celebration and a welcome break from routine. It also brings bigger meals, later nights, sugar, alcohol and a level of stress and stimulation that can leave your system feeling a little overwhelmed.

If you are waking up this weekend feeling puffy, sluggish, inflamed or simply not quite yourself, a gentle and nourishing reset can make all the difference.

This Morning-After Reboot Breakfast Bowl is one of the meals I recommend most often inside the Alkaline Life Club when someone wants to stabilise quickly after a big meal or a night out. It replenishes hydration, calms digestion, steadies blood sugar and gives your body the exact nutrients it needs to clear the byproducts of alcohol, sugar and holiday indulgence.

It is soothing, grounding and genuinely delicious and perfect for a post-Thanksgiving alkaline reset.

This alkaline breakfast bowl is:

  • Light, hydrating and deeply soothing
  • Ready in minutes
  • Gentle on digestion
  • Packed with glutathione-rich and sulforaphane-rich ingredients
